Italy Cafe '- What is the bread called served as an appetizer that is dipped in garlic / butter cheese?
I checked the online menu and can not find it. This used to be on our menu hauling several years ago but has now changed. It's so big! I wanted a recipe for least butter sauce for a swim instead of garlic bread when I serve an Italian meal at home. PLEASE HELP! Pan bad this is different. Need recipe for with garlic butter sauce. Sorry, no cheese. This bread is served for the dip would name two.
I think you mean focaccia. And generally have the herbs, onions, sundried tomatoes or baked in it.
