I was going to make meatballs, but do not have enough parmesan cheese recipe calls for all. I only 3 tablespoons. Considering that the recipe calls for 12. If I had to reduce the 12 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. to 3, how much I have to reduce the rest of the ingredients? * 1 lb. Chuck * 4 oz dry bread crumbs * 4 large eggs * 4 ounces of whole milk * 6 ounces grated Parmesan cheese * 3 oz grated Spanish onion, finely chopped * 2 oz fresh garlic * 2 oz of finely chopped Italian parsley leaves * 2 oz fresh finely chopped fresh basil leaves

you can do with less cheese meatballs. some meatball recipes require no cheese at all.
