Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients:
2 c. vanilla ice cream
1 C. granulated sugar
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. butter
Ron Substitute (without alcohol)
Nutmeg
Water
Instructions: Mix sugar and regular coffee and butter in a skillet. Set on a low heat until butter melts. Be sure to stir occasionally. When butter melts, pour the mixture In a large bowl and add ice cream. Whisk until mixture is smooth. To make the drink of rum with butter, fill 1 / 4 cup with the mixture, add about a substitute an ounce of rum, and 3 / 4 cup boiling water. Top with a pinch of nutmeg. Ingredients:
4 oz milk chocolate
2 oz of cold coffee
1 oz Amaretto flavored (without alcohol) syrup
Whipped cream
Chocolate powder or shavings
Ice
Instructions: In a tall glass, add the ice, milk chocolate, coffee and amaretto syrup. Mix and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle chocolate chips or some chocolate powder and serve.
Hot Hot Applesauce
Ingredients:
3 cups apple cider
4 sticks cinnamon + 2 more for garnish
1 / 2 cup ground "red hots" caramel
1 / 2 cup rum substitute (non alcoholic)
Instructions: Mix all ingredients together in a pan (or slow cooker) and heat over medium heat. Once the mixture is hot, reduce heat to low and let you think about an hour. Serve hot and garnish with a cinnamon stick or two.
