Have you heard of a rabbit recipe called Putach?
My grandmother and aunt 80 years old, Italian and Irish women and that make this amazing material rabbit stew. This has Rosemary and other things with rice. I can not find it anywhere. Pronounced "Po-tak". Its already either Italian or Irish in origin. Have you ever heard of this? Got a recipe?
